Issue With Phone Calls / Data / Texting
I went into the chat a bit frustrated about my son's phone not working correctly. I could either get the data and RCS text messaging to work with no phone calls or I could get calls with no data or text messaging. Omer Ali Khan listened and discussed options and presented a solution to me that got the phone working. It was outside the normal "Restart your phone" or "Try this" normal scripting you hear. He took the time, researched, and provided me with the correct answer that fixed the phone in the Access Point Names section. I appreciate him fixing this issue that I had for over 2 weeks.
