Misleading bait-and-switch advertising and terrible customer service. Do not waste your time with Tag Mobile. They are running incredibly deceptive advertisements offering a promotional iPhone 17 to get you to switch to their carrier service. However, the entire thing is a scam to get your information. Every single link on their website for this promotion is broken, and you can’t even select or view the device. When I emailed them to ask for the actual qualification criteria, their customer service completely ignored my question. When pressed, they just gave a lazy apology, claimed the phones "sell out quickly," and immediately tried to push me to buy a completely different alternative device and switch to their service anyway. It is a total bait-and-switch tactic. They advertise a premium phone they have no intention of providing just to trap you into looking at their other options. Their infrastructure is broken, their support is unprofessional, and their business practices are full of garbage. Avoid this company at all costs—they will just waste your time.
