ZipRecruiter

Ziprecruiter is dangerous and an absolute website coding mess.

Ziprecruiter has an overwhelming mess on their website, dangerous to their paid clients (Employers) & their indirect clients (Employees). Since 2020, Ziprecruiter has allowed phishers, hackers, spammers, adware spreaders, botnet operators, & black hat hackers to infiltrate their website, gain access to customer contacts & simultaneously attack users. Ziprecruiter has been repeatedly informed about these issues & to date has not corrected, apologized, or even acknowledged the issues. For the % of real jobs posted, Ziprecruiter allows employers to ask illegal & discriminatory questions of applicants, & some of these job postings, do not allow the applicant to opt out of answering, including age, gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, whether the applicant smokes, whether the applicant drinks, whether the applicant believes in God & prays. These are illegal questions, & yet they are not prevented by Ziprecruiter nor monitored. Ziprecruiter allows fake jobs to be posted such that a high % of postings are actually companies interested in expanding their advertising, & upon a job applicant, these companies text & email, day and night, harassing for business. Once it begins, there is no stopping it. Additionally, companies are now advertising jobs with Ziprecruiter for the sole purpose to give their staff the appearance they are doing well & are growing, allowing their stock value to increase. Essentially, Ziprecruiter alllows desperate employees to waste days, weeks, months, years applying to fake jobs. In this economy that is such a serious tragedy. After repeatedly reaching out to Customer Service at Ziprecruiter & being completely ignored, last weekend, I contacted 17 Executive & Board members, pleading for help. I received not one response, other than the typical automated response that I've received in the past, but never is addressed. This is a very serious situation for practically 1/3 of all employers and employees in the world.
