Good product!
Okay, finally I have received my package!!♥♥ The delay was caused by the third party they have used (a.k.a the logistics company). The customer service representative named Emily escalated my case quickly and solved it. I have received my item and really happy with it! The tripod is exceptionally sturdy and well-built, with a reliable Bluetooth connection. Also, the phone case feels sturdy and premium, with a smooth velvet interior for added protection.
