Frustrating Delivery Experience
IKEA has always been a favorite of mine for affordable furniture, but my latest experience left me disappointed. While I found a couch I loved and the store staff were helpful, the delivery was a letdown. The delivery window was promised to be between 1-3 PM, but the truck didn’t arrive until nearly 5 PM. It felt like a waste of my entire afternoon. I understand things can happen, but it would have been nice to get an update. I still appreciate the furniture, but the hassle was frustrating.
