Wrong team was delivered, they fixed it immediately
I preordered one of the blind boxes for my team and my families team! I got it in finally and was so excited I didn’t even look at the box! It was the wrong team and I had already opened it. I immediately emailed customer service and they were so quick and so understanding and helped me out right away. I appreciate that they didn’t waste my time or money and fixed the issue right away.
