Unwanted subscription beware
Took a subscription I didn’t sign up for from my account twice. I am a full time student so I requested a refund as this equates to £80. My request was denied despite not having access to the account or having logged in or even used it and despite this causing me financial distress. Beware as this is how they make their money.
