They got my order wrong every single time and I ordered 4 times. I redeemed points and never got my products or discounts. Even after adding rush it still took them 7 weeks!!! to send me the wrong night guards. Nightguards are also not very durable. For me a heavy biter they break after one month and I wake up with plastic pieces in my mouth.
