HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE -
We would give this company negative stars if we could. Ordered the Citrus Kiss Floral Arrangement for our DIL that had a miscarriage. We upgraded to the Premium largest bouquet which stated - "We'll add lots more! The premium arrangement makes quite a statement." It was a complete embarrassment the arrangement they sent. Looked nothing like the advertised photo with only a few flowers. When calling Customer Service, they would not listen, completely overtalking and trying to pass it off the 3rd party vendor and their disclaimer that often they have to use substitution flower. Not only did they use substitutions, but failed to include over half of the flowers. They tried to appease by offering a $10 credit. Money doesn't suffice when it comes to family and dealing with an emotion situation such as a miscarriage. Do NOT use this company!! Item Code: 1604-6043-2201-2345
