Poor customer service!
Poor customer service!! Only received part of my order. Sent several messages with no response. The Aurora facial cleanser works nicely, but takes some practice to get used to. I don’t recommend this company if they aren’t going to follow through with communication. My guess is they will do the same thing and not get back to you regarding the “Lifetime Warranty” that they offer if something happens to your device.
