Absolute scam
Signed up and paid for a single account and then later paid a fast track fee. The notification on my account informed me that the data could take up to 30 days to collect but that my subscription would be paused until I received this. This surely makes sense as why would I pay for another month without access to any data I've already paid for. My subscription however on the setting was still live. I therefore contacted the team and they got back to me and said they had cancelled my subscription all together without asking me. I confirmed if I would still have access to the data after the 30 day mark as I had paid the initial fee and an extra fast track fee to which Helen replied and said yes I would. The renewal date came around, I had frozen my card just in case and low and behold my account was now saying my subscription has expired and does not even let me renew. So I don't have any data and I am now getting a response from the support email and am out of pocket with the initial amount paid.
