Amazon shipping rebates are constantly denied
A few times when I have ordered from Amazon to deliver to another address other than my billing address, my shipping rebates have been denied. Amazon does not usually provide the billing address on the email receipt or the order summary, so it's nothing I could do to provide a billing address on the proof of purchase for the rebate claim. They cited this as the reason for denying my rebates a few times, so I've had to stop ordering from Amazon. Given that their membership cost per month is really steep, denying rebates just makes you rethink paying for their 'service'.
