I am a new Boody customer. When one of my new purchases had a problem, I was concerned. I reached out and was immediately guided through a process to correct the issue. The problem was resolved quickly with only a minor inconvenience - that being the time it took the replacement to arrive - which is NO inconvenience at all. I am extremely impressed with Boody US. I love my new bras, and I love how Boody conducts business. Thank you!
