I recently purchased three tshirt bras. Boody is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products and helped me with sizing and style. They have a huge inventory of styles, in vibrant colors. Their return and exchange process is quick and easy. This is a company I definitely want to shop at and support. Outstanding customer service!!
Customer service is exceptional
Customer service is exceptional. I have worn their bamboo briefs for years. The most comfortable and soft briefs ever. I also purchased many seam free, cropped bras. They are very comfortable and look good under clothing. Quality is always excellent!
I love Boody for my bras and underwear
I love Boody for my bras and underwear! It’s super soft and comfy I haven’t been able to find something so comfy in a while. My goal is to make my whole drawer boody at some point. It fits so well and is so soft!
Wonderful products
Wonderful products! I was recovering from breast cancer surgery and was looking for a comfortable bra to wear after my surgical bra. I decided to give Boody a try, and I'm so glad I did. The fabric and band are incredibly soft, supportive, and comfortable. I've officially found my new everyday go to bra! My only concern is with sizing consistency. I purchased two of the exact same bra in different colours, but one fits noticeably smaller than the other. Aside from that, I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

I have been loving my Boody products! I recently shopped a sale and randomly got selected for “win your cart” promotion and got my order completely free! Icing and cherry on the cake. Customer service made the whole process quick and easy, super fast responses.

Boody is a great company to buy from, The quality of their bamboo material and the products workman/workwomenship is excellent! I have had clothing of theirs for years! No fading, no broken stitches, no stretching out, just great garments. Don’t be afraid to purchase from them!!

Incredible customer service!
There was an error that resulted in me not receiving more than half of an order. The customer service was phenomenal! Accidents happen but the company went and above and beyond to make it right for me and they worked so quickly! This was definitely my finest experience in dealing with customer service. Not to mention the products are really great too! No issues at all with the products themselves. They seem to be decent quality but only time will tell.

I bought the jumpsuit and the slip dress, and none of my bras worked with them. I wrote to boody asking what bras would work, and bought the two they recommended. They are perfect, and are styles I would not have discovered otherwise. That’s good customer service, imo.
Don't waste your time!
I could see how I would have liked the product but the sizes ran so small even sizing up. Customer service was very unhelpful for the sizing discrepancy issue and was unaccommodating after making several purchases and sizing up. I don't recommend as the price is expensive and it's just not worth the hassle.

Love Bamboo
Easy to use website, lots of choices, great product and fast shipping. Love the look and feel of the underwear. Bamboo is lightweight, super comfortable and available in several styles. Some of the colors were unavailable at the time of my purchases so I’ll be back for more.

I have shopped here on more than one occasion. Everything I’ve purchased is rated 10/10. My only “beef” is sizes in most colours in the tshirt bras and briefs don’t seem to restock. Also shopped from the Canadian website and was charged duties!

Bad luck for Boody. The product is still good. It never wears out or at least hasn’t yet. The original order I made I don’t know how many years ago is still in play.
Return Coverage isn't honored, they will under-refund you too
I paid for Return Coverage ($2.99) with my order, and they still went ahead and charged me a $9.95 return fee when I returned all the items in my order. They also under-refunded me by a total of $44.72, and their customer service bot that answers emails couldn't effectively explain why. Still working on getting my full refund. Recommend avoiding this place!
