They are Robots!!
They, 10 Federal, bought the rental company I was with while I was in the hospital. The previous company knew I was out sick and had been lenient on the rent til I was back to work. When 10 Federal bought out the old company I got an eviction notice via email within a week. I was told I had til a specific date to pay or lose my possessions. I got out of the hospital 5 days before the auction. Tried to pay numerous times but kept getting a robot who kept telling me multiple different amounts to pay on multiple different accounts. I ONLY HAD ONE STORAGE UNIT!! Spent my first 5 days out of the hospital, still recuperating, calling, calling, calling trying to get my bill paid but couldn't resolve the discrepancies. I went to the facility a number of times to find someone to talk to. Even the day of the auction! Nobody there but a painting crew. I met a long time tenant said he was having issues with contacting the new owners too but he had never, ever seen an auction. Well, my stuff is gone. All family momentos, pictures, documents! GONE!! Working legal action now! Wish I could give them a negative 1,000,000 rating!!!
