WARNING!!! Potential customers think twice before purchasing from Novelship. They do not respond to requests for returns, they state that the options to returns goods have to be emailed as a request prior to sending goods back! Well this is where they fall short because they do not respond to emails and you cannot get your items returned for a refund! Please save yourselves from the frustration of loosing your money and potentially having to resell elsewhere, which is the route we had to take for my Son’s football boots being too small on arrival!
