Lack of customer service
Unfortunately our package was not delivered by the delivery agent, prompting an investigation. We contacted FARM Rio on this matter as the delivery agent required additional information on the packaging, however it has been two weeks already with no reply from FARM Rio despite multiple attempts via email and their form. If FARM Rio reads this: This was the last time I will ever order from them, worst experience I have ever made with an online shop! We demand an immediate refund!!
