So far...
So far I've only had one package delivered by them.. (the second of should be here Friday at the latest) for the first one to package got here in a timely fashion. But it looked like it had been basically tossed to my apartment door and the proof of delivery photos were as blurry as all heck. Not entirely sure but I think when I came back the delivery guy was still there at the far end of the hall.. Honestly got the vibe of it wasn't for all the cameras in the hall of my building he might have picked the package back up and left with it (can not confirm he was the guy that delivered it, just that he looked like he might be delivering something and he wasn't someone that lives in the building) I will update based on my second package
