This is my first time opening an annuity with CANVAS. i applied on 06/09 and today is 06/24 and an annuity has still not been set up in the system. I have bought annuities with GAINBRIDGE before and their process is seamless. I was sucked in by the higher interest rate but from the responses its starting feel like they are doing me a favor by setting up an account. The application department is always buys to pick up the phone or call me back and i am sitting here losing interest money since they can't set up an annuity for 2 weeks. Which century are we living in. If you want to offer an online service then do it properly or not at all.
