Exploitative Shipping Fees
I am absolutely appalled by your shipping policies. For a company of your size, which routinely handles massive bulk orders from school districts, forcing parents to pay for shipping is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, a $20 shipping fee is outright outrageous and ridiculous—that is a staggering 25% of the total cost of the item itself! Frankly, our school district should reconsider doing business with you entirely. A company with your resources should easily be able to coordinate bulk shipping expenses directly with the school or apply tax-exempt status.
