Called to ask about the difference in "Next Day Air" shipping since it said to call customer support if needed sooner and I was advised that my order wouldn't ship immediately if paid for same day even though it states on your website. I am still going to order the product but maybe remove that if you are unable to help with Same Day shipping.

The sizing is off just enough that the shoes did not fit my daughter. This company has no feasible exchange or return process, and all shipping charges are very high. The products are exceptionally over priced and the quality is not worth it. There are already astronomical costs associated with school activities, and situations like this one scream "If you're poor, your child does not deserve to participate in school activities." $142 (and some change) later, and I still ended up with a pair of shoes that barely work, still too small, and will most likely not last the marching season. Do better or charge less.

Personally lost my order and then what I received was a disappointment because the gold was not a clean gold. It looked like the feathers were dirty, and I would never buy a product that looked that shitty.

Regarding the plume, feathers are a natural product and will absorb dye differently from feather to feather. Because of this, slight variations in color and appearance are normal. I am not excited to read that shoes are not true to size and not knowing if a marching band shoe will fit should necessitate the option to return a shoe that does not fit. Ordering an ill fitted shoe for something like marching band where they spend many hours practicing and performing isn't good! Your shipping rates are atrocious. $20 to ship a pair of $47 shoes these days is crazy.

Love the products…the ground residential shipping cost was a DOLLAR less than the product! Fingerless guard gloves 17.95, Shipping 16.95!!!! United States Postal Service grounded advantage will ship lightweight packages under 10 pounds with rates starting at $5.85. UPS ground shipping 1 to 5 pounds is between eight to $14 and is charged by distance. You have over 5K reviews and a large number of poor reviews stem from shipping costs and issues. Seems like this definitely an area of improvement that could help increase satisfaction and sales….
