Bad experience Ordering their product
Bad experience! First, they charged me shipping fees twice by separating orders when I was asked to add a product to my order...if it is to be separate orders that is not adding to the order option. Plus, they charged me membership fees when I was not even advised I joined a membership. There is no option to cancel the membership when connecting to my account, I was told they will refund the membership fees + the additional shipping fees but I never got the refund!!
Really like the uniforms I ordered. These were the leggings and matching tops. I do wish this style came on more colors.

Great products, fast shipping!! As a healthcare professional and working nights I appreciate the comfy material and ability to be washed frequently and maintaining shape and color of scrubs. I usually purchase during a sale or opt for clearance items. I get teased at work for earning Figs money!! 😂 but I do love these scrubs!

Figs really are awesome scrubs! Great colours, style and fit. Love the four way stretch and quick drying. Brilliant for Covid with daily washing… no colour fade either. I have about 8 pairs now.

This company is marvelous. I purchased some pants twice and even upon the second time the pants were a little too small. I wasn’t going to attempt to exchange or return them anymore. I did a review and they reached out to me and sent me a larger pair without me even requesting because they cared that i was satisfied as a customer. This type of customer service and pride in one’s work is hard to come by. They showed me that they see me and they hear me. I would definitely purchase more in the future.

I am very disappointed with the quality of these scrubs. This is only the second time I’ve worn them, and I already noticed small fabric pills and bumps appearing all over the material, as shown in the photos.
You guys promotes these scrubs as high quality, but this has not been my experience. I was really excited about my purchase because the design is beautiful and they are very comfortable. However, the fabric quality leaves a lot to be desired, especially considering the price.
I expected these scrubs to hold up much better after only two wears. At this rate, I’m pretty sure these are not scrubs I’ll be able to use for very long. This experience has been very disappointing, and I expected much better quality from a premium brand.

Got a bunch of scrubs from them on sale. Great fit n colors. Quality is on point. They have pretty good customer service as they can exchange in return things easily.
