I genuinely love my FIGS. I am not happy they are out of stock inmy faves all the time, but they are fantastic scrubs. Wish they would make a super thin cotton 3/4 sleeve under scrub shirt for summer ☀️. The scrubs are quality material. The FORMX line is out of this world comfortable with phenomenal durability. Wish there were more options in the FORMX line!

I bought some shoes for around 150 pounds the new balance shoes and I have to say within two months the sole is peeling away from the shoe. I’ve never had trainers breakdown this quickly and considering I’m only walking around on the ward that’s actually quite impressive. I can’t honestly recommend this website if the products do not stand the test of a few months. ORDER NUMBER: #32264062

I have always loved FIGS products, but unfortunately my recent experiences have been very disappointing because they use feeder for delivery and in my area unfortunately feeder is not the best option, my order number was: 33774328. The biggest issue seems to be the shipping through FedEx. This is now the third time I’ve had problems with a delivery. My latest order arrived incomplete—I only received one scrub top even though I ordered two tops and one pants. The package was also missing the invoice that FIGS usually includes. After three bad delivery experiences, it’s hard to continue ordering with confidence. I hope FIGS takes these shipping issues seriously and works with FedEx to improve the customer experience or work with any other company for delivery.

Love the Fig brand. My coworker and I that’s all we wear is the Figs brand and quality. Love my waist length jacket. Great for the office it’s alway too cold in the office but with my jacket it’s perfect. The delivery time was a quick turnaround. Will be purchasing more this fall

As a plus size healthcare worker, it can be challenging to find scrubs that are flattering and still comfortable. I am so happy that figs offers many styles in extended sizing. However the sizing is so inconsistent! I have 3 pairs of the same pants-same size, same style, but different colors. None of them fit the same! It makes it very hard to know what size to order. I also wish extended sizing was offered in more styles (Isabella wide leg pants please!)

A great deal of pilling and discoloration on 2 pairs of Graphite Cairo Straight Leg Scrub Pants after only one cold water wash on gentle cycle using baby detergent with fresh air line drying. Unacceptable quality and poor customer support when brought to their customer support's attention. I could not get help from their brick and mortar store in NYC! An Update on 7/28/26: After much back and forth email correspondence with Figs that included a fair amount of gaslighting from 4 different Figs CSR respondents stating that I must be at fault for the defective scrubs, Figs finally agreed to send me without charge 2 new replacement scrub pants. I will check them out now as they just arrived today. Hopefully these are problem free, but I'm not upgrading this review yet and won't change the review to more than a 3 anyway because of the ridiculous hassle to get customer service. Most folks would have given up and that's what I think Figs intended with all the gaslighting and stalling tactics.

The most comfortable scrubs ever. The fabric is stretchy and feels like a second skin, and, they keep you cool in the warm weather.

Fancy scrubs. I always wear scrubs from the OR but during the pandemic, I wanted nicer clothes bc I wore scrubs to the office every day. Figs fit well, so different than prior scrubs in the past. Good quality materials too.

Great fit and comfort! The quality is definitely an upgrade from my Amazon scrubs. The cost is reasonable for the quality you’re getting. I will note that sizing can be a bit tricky—I’m usually an XS, but I wasn’t sure how the sizing would run, especially across different styles.

Love the scrubs but definitely don’t love the price. FIGS has the most expensive scrubs and undershirt on the market. I usually only buy when their scrubs on sale.
