I bought a set , after one wash they started piling and bad piling too . I followed instructions on how to wash and air dried them not in dryer . Disappointed . The old figs are good the new ones not that much . Bad quality.

I love these scrubs! The colors are always uniquely different than the typical color if other scrubs. They are soft and comfortable to wear all day.

Huge disappointment with e the scubs, Material Bobbles up contacted a request for replacement weeks ago no such thing as customer service no response as yet and I ordered in April and we are now in July !!! after one wash material inside the trousers all bobbled up… don’t order !!!for the amount you pay defiantly not worth it the quality is just not there nor is the service

Figs take way too long to ship and even after you finally get an arrival date, they just delay it again

The quality has fallen so much now. I had 2 scrubs previously. Absolutely amazing, still going strong. Recently ordered 3 more. They look very scruffy. Need to be ironed after being worn for 10 seconds. First two, there is absolutely no need to iron ever. The quality feels cheap as well. Just not worth it by any means. Honestly i’d pay a bit more to have that quality back.

Quality and fit are mostly great. Have to deduct a star unfortunately given the zippers on the pants only last 3-6 months. I have 5 pairs now with broken zippers. For that price I would expect them to have better quality zippers. Otherwise, best scrubs I’ve ever owned.

I actually do love just about all of my FIGS scrubs, sweats, underscrubs, caps, jackets, sneakers, totes, etc. However, I have had an issue or two here & there w/ a zipper or snap - mind you I’ve spend THOUSANDS of dollars over the years at this point (I have more FIGS than anything else in my wardrobe - I’m a nurse, we work all the time) & FIGS is less than accommodating. This is why I’m giving a four star rating. I’ll never find the time to spend additional valuable time & money to repair a zipper or snap on brand new scrub pants I just overpaid $60 for & FIGS refuses to exchange, despite multiple appeals. At best, they may offer a $20 coupon. So I donated them! Someone else surely will. Godspeed. They do have fun styles & they’re comfortable. Customer service for overpriced scrubs though? Leaves a bit to be desired.

Everything was great till I tried on the "S/Tall" surgical green scrub bottoms. They don't fit like a tall. I have high waters and no other figs small tall pants has ever fit like a non tall pant on me. This is very disappointing because it is also final sale but I think this is a sizing error.
