Great products. Good quality. Ordered two pairs of marching shoes for my two kids in marching band. I wish shipping costs were lower, because if you are only ordering one or two items, they add a lot to the total cost.

Nothing went wrong
Nothing went wrong, just asked for a discount on a $300 personal order. And there wasn’t any nor was the agent willing to ask a supervisor if you could at least wave a $20 minimum fee purchase fee. I just found it od. I guess yall have enough business. However I still placed an order even though I could get all items off of Amazon and at least get back 6% in rewards

$20 for shipping one pair of shoes is a little bit ridiculous! Considering the shoes are only $46 you're charging half for shipping

That is ridiculous
That is ridiculous. What we have to pay for the shipping and and handling the way things cost right now it’s ridiculous and satisfying, but I have no choice but to order the shoes because we need them.

Shipping prices are outrageous and price gauging. We try to put our kids through band and you are charging a 50% markup for shipping. Just awful.

Shipping Too Expensive
Placing my order was ok, however, I don't know if the shoe runs true to size, bigger, or smaller. Also, I don't understand why there is a shipping cost at all, nor why the shipping options that are available are so expensive. There needs to be an order in bulk with free shipping option. Maybe then we could order them as a class and have them sent to the school.
