For something for kids, I don’t understand. Why would your fee be so high and your shipping is so high. This is not fair for children. That’s trying to be something in the future and this is not helping their parents financially so that would make my experience with you guys horrible

Shipping cost for this item is ridiculously priced. $15.95 shipping for an $11.95 pair of vinyl shoe covers shipped in an envelope. You should be ashamed of yourselves for charging such ridiculous shipping to people trying to support their children in performing in band.

Love the ease of ordering but not getting clear estimated delivery times is not helpful. Someone took my child's bag which had their marching shoes and I need a pair asap and nothing about the site tells you when to expect your order. Even after you place the order you still dont know..... uggg

I highly disagree with the $20 order fee for a first-time buyer because I'm only buying one pole for my child instead of your "qty 5 minimum". Of all my online shopping experiences, this store is the first to charge something like that regardless of you're a school/organization or just a parent supporting their childs activities. Seems a bit of an unethical business practice.

Honestly $20 for ground shipping is ridiculous on $45 band shoes. If I could have found them anywhere else, I definitely would not have ordered through this site.

I bought the shoes for my son's school marching band, and I found them very expensive—plus the shipping was extremely high—but the school required that the shoes come from here 😑
