Intense nerve pain before my shoulder replacement was a given, yet the recovery and reduction of inflammation was significant. Post surgery application is more noticeable as pain is not the focal point and my PT measurements of progress are impressive! The biggest kudos go to Mariella for the genuine care and concern of my condition and super quick replacement of one of the parts! She went way beyond the customer service I had looked for.
