The product we get from you is great
The product we get from you is great. Our dog loves it! Don’t change your product. It’s the shipping and actually the TRACKING that needs to be more user friendly Once you take my money, it becomes close to impossible to find out when it’s coming. I ordered 6days ago and as of last night my order hasn’t even been shipped. Let alone processed and filled! No way of telling what ACTUALLY is going on with my order!
