Odette helped clear up where I had multiple orders…
Odette was extremely helpful in resolving an issue I had with a previous order. I had originally submitted an order using a financing option, but later decided to cancel it and pay cash instead. During the process, I accidentally created two profiles, which resulted in two separate orders and caused some confusion on my end. Odette quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and helped straighten out the duplicate profiles and orders. She ensured that my correct order was processed properly and made the entire experience stress-free. Throughout the process, she was professional, patient, kind, and genuinely helpful. I greatly appreciate her assistance and excellent customer service.
