We booked a boat trip with Pirate Drake with WeTravel in Costa Rica from Uvita to Drake Bay. Pirate Drake cancelled both legs of our trip but only reimbursed us one way 138.75 for two people. We were promised a refund by Pirate Drake but two months later no reimbursement for the return cancelled trip. I reached out to WeTravel and they told me there was nothing they could do. I will not use them going forward if they cannot guarantee the companies they work with. I am so disappointed and frustrated in WeTravel and in Pirate Drake.
