The call to help me was prompt and on time. Cormac did a fantastic job of diagnosing the issue and correcting the problem. He then showed me how to make sure I was getting logged into the Rithmic/Ninja correctly for future use. He was also very courteous. If he does this for all your clients please make sure he's getting paid well for his services.
