I needed a part for my portable Midea air conditioner. I was unfortunately given the wrong part information from two other technicians I spoke with. I recontacted the company and spoke with Gary Jenkins. This man did a fantastic job helping me get the correct parts where the others failed. I told him he really should be training the other technicians that answer the phone to assist costumers. He humbly apologized for the missteps prior and stated that he felt that his company is full of other wonderful tech that can help. Kind and gracious was he in all his communication regarding his colleagues! Gary changed a frustrating situation into a WIN for Midea and Encompass.com! Please give Gary a promotion and raise! He really represents the best of Encompass.com!
