item never rec'd
We live in Ohio, shipper delivered package to an address in NJ. They refuse to either reship the item or refund the price, they would reship it only if we paid another shipping fee. Their email responses were more mystifying than informative, at one point they seemed to indicate the shipper had returned the item to them, but later it sounded like they hadn't, still unclear what happened to the item. Extremely dissatified, would give them a zero rating if that was an option
