Worst EHR
If I could give this EHR zero stars I would . I have had them for 4 years and I have just about had it with them . Customer service is very poor . I tried to add my supervising physician to my account and had some challenges . Called several times before they told me it was an engineering issue which took them a month to resolve . Meanwhile I lost some clients . I called them recently because I could not select my supervising physician for my prescriptions. The rep acted like he knew what he was doing . Kept me on the phone for an hour and a half then hung up on me . I sent them an email no response until today . Steer clear from this EHR. I am now updating this review today on 07/09/26. I had one of their escalation specialists reach out to me made an appointment for Monday to speak on Monday to resolve the issue. She did not call me at the specified time, wasted my time and never bothered to email or call me to let me know why she never called. So up to date no resolution to this issue and I will be canceling their services.
