Avoid if you have South African customers. I placed a sample order over 45 days ago. It never arrived. When I contacted support I was told to call the South African Post Office myself to find it. That is not a solution. SA's postal system is broken and any supplier operating in this market should know that. When I pushed back I was told the shipping channel they used does not support compensation. So they chose an untrackable, uninsured shipping method, it failed and the customer carries the loss. If you are dropshipping to South Africa, do not use CJ Dropshipping.
