Product was comfortable at first..
Product was comfortable at first, however after about 3 months it becomes uncomfortable. I don't know why this has happened, but am struggling to use it. Unfortunately this is out of the 60 night trial so am left with a pillow I cannot use. UPDATE: While they have commented below regarding being able to help me out. Noting that I was initially already denied any remedies, I have sent a follow up but it has been 2 days and there has been no response.
