Capabilities are not accurate
The site and app advertise how you can monitor kids messages but it simply doesn’t work accurately. Any time I need to view the information, I have to plug the device into my computer. Even then, sometimes the contacts name shows and most times it doesn’t. The windows version of the app is extremely unreliable. Definitely regretting my year-long subscription!!!! Not worth it AT ALL!!!
