Bike itself is fine customer service it the worst I’ve ever experiences
Bike itself is fine, worked great, went to try to cancel subscription and couldn’t get an email back, phone number does not work. I finally figured out how to cancel on the website through my account but they made it very tricky that maybe some wouldn’t be able to figure it out. I emailed for two months, went to the chat and they would respond to me until I mentioned I wanted to cancel the subscription and then would say someone would be with me shortly and then NEVER come back and chat. Would not recommend this company to anyone if you ever need customer service assistance.
