Bait & switch on "100-day trial"
I purchased an item during a sale event from travelpro.com. The whole reason I purchased from their site (instead of Amazon, where it was actually *cheaper*) was because of the promise of a 100-day trial. That promise is prominently displayed on the product webpage. After purchase, I received an email receipt stating that this was a "Final Sale - no returns or exchanges". In no way was this stated anywhere on the product webpage or during checkout. Only after my card had been charged. I've gone back and forth with their support team and while they acknowledge that their web page was deceptive, they won't honor the 100-day trial. If this is how they treat a brand-new customer, I have doubts about their supposed "lifetime warranty" and will not purchase another Travelpro product.
