Leaks more than Tena pants.
Basically if you have some urgency to urinate after surgery and it’s more than a few drops I found they don’t work. Urine comes out of the sides and the extra pad moves around so is useless. When wet they feel soggy and uncomfortable. Also they take forever to dry after washing. On the plus side they look better than so called nappies. However after trying these and menvault I felt more secure using Tena pants!
