I think I have probably tried just about every brand of men’s incontinence underwear available in the UK, and, in my opinion, these are by far the best. They are the only ones I have complete confidence in to prevent leaks. With other makes, I have unfortunately had the experience of having to be the last person to leave a meeting because leakage had spilled onto the seat I was sitting on. That is obviously a very embarrassing situation. This company is also a delight to deal with. Their Customer Services team gets back to you quickly and always responds to queries with a helpful and positive attitude. I would have no hesitation in recommending these products.
The Orykas do everything they advertise. The one rather cumbersome drawback is they fail to mention the fact that they can't be dried in a tumble drier. I hand wash mine, however, they take two days to air dry. This can be awkward when away from home.

My husband has Dementia and is on Hospice. He was soaking wet everyday . His depends,underwear,pad,towel he sat on and waterproof furniture cover, and back of his shirt were wet . He sleeps in a recliner. Yesterday I put depends underneath the Orykas Underwear. Today I was amazed the nothing was wet except his depend. The Orykas felt barely even a slight touch of dampness but not wet. So I did not have to wash four loads of wet clothes. My husband loves the soft feel and the absorbency of the under. Tomorrow we will try without depends. I showed his Hospice nurse the Orykas underwear. He said Wow! They look like real underwear and are soft and absorbent. I gave him the website so other Hospice patients and caregivers can enjoy the benefits. I bought extra pairs for my brother who has occasional accidents and I bought both my husband and my brother the carrying case to put a spare pair in to carry with them and it is waterproof to Put a wet pair in. I have ordered previously for my husband and we have been very pleased with the item itself, so much so that I placed a second order. This order has been lost by Evri (I have written proof of this from them) but Orykas completely refused to assist me. They have insisted that the problem is mine to take up with Evri and have refused to honour my order with a refund or replacement. Evri for their part have been very good, but their contract is not with me so they are unable to help me. Eventually I have had to request a charge back from my bank as Orykas seemed perfectly happy for me to remain out of pocket, while pushing the problem on to Evri. This is hugely disappointing as the product itself is very good, but I am extremely wary of ordering again due to this experience.
Love your briefs. I did not have prostate surgery but I do have a serious lung disease that causes me to lose bladder control during exertion. Your briefs keep me dry and has restored my confidence at home & going out. Great product!
Truly like your briefs. I feel totally confident when I wear them. I do miss the removable pad but I did order a Velcro one which I haven’t used yet. Unlike others, I didn’t have prostate surgery, I have bad bladder leaks due to a serious lung disease which causes me go lose control when I do something strenuous. Your briefs have really helped me.
What can I say? They’re beautiful and they work now. I can go about my day without wearing disposables. It wasn’t a cheap investment to move into this area but if you look at the future down the road, you can end up being a plus side of expense.
They look and feel ok on but I have not has a large leak yet. The test will, for me, how much it holds and how comfortable I feel.

I love the comfort and freedom of not wearing bulky disposable underwear. I wish though the boxer briefs also came in skin tone colors like tan. I am also thrilled to be able to reuse my underwear again instead of making more garbage for our landfills. Thank you.

I took time before offering a review because I really wanted to make sure I liked the product and was comfortable sharing my experiences. I like Orykas. Like most if not all of us, as a toddler I was taught, you don’t pee in your pants. I panicked when I first started having leaks. When it grew beyond leaks to full blown incontinence, I was mortified. I went the usual route. Pads, then thick cotton briefs (with a false promise), then diapers. As long as I was able to get to a restroom in time, they worked just fine. They were able to handle small things. Too often, I would arrive somewhere after a long drive or a long walk and need to sneak off to a bath room, hope no one noticed me and change clothes. I was good at carrying things in a backpack to change into. Nothing is perfect. I’ll be honest, I can still feel dampness with Orykas. It’s not wetness. I no longer worry about tell tale signs and stinking up the joint. Like a good toddler, I still try to make it to the bathroom. When I don’t, I’m no longer worried about the consequences. Chuck

Love the soft fabric and fit. Havent put them to the real test yet. lol Customer service is amazing. Timely and responsive. Shipping was my concern to Mexico. However, it cleared customs and no taxes were due upon receipt.
