Ecoflow have been fantastic over the last few years. I have a number of their products now and all are brilliant and do exactly what they are meant to. I had a fault with one product and they replaced it straight away. I was so impressed with their service and I'm now purchasing the Wave 3 for these hot summers. Great company.
