I thought i had booked an flexible cancellation policy , but is not an option as has to be under 300 days . This was booked already with that time period... so really should of been under non - refundable . This i felt was misleading. I later found that booking.com have the same dates etc slightly cheaper ... Other than that my dealings with you have always been great . Thanks
