Unable to Take Exam After Three Proctoring Attempts
I would not recommend 360Training / Learn2Serve based on my experience. I completed the course and attempted to take the Food Protection Manager Certification Exam three separate times, but I was unable to connect with a proctor after waiting in the queue. On my latest attempt, I was still waiting at queue position 14, and then I received an email saying support/proctor service was outside office hours and that I should disconnect. My course is expiring Monday, and this issue is not due to me failing to complete the course or missing the exam. I made multiple good-faith attempts to take the test, but their proctoring system and availability prevented me from doing so. For a paid certification course, this process has been extremely frustrating and unreliable. If a company is going to require online proctoring, they need to actually provide access to a proctor during the exam process. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for certification.
