I had a very disappointing experience with Zapakasa. The dress I received looked nothing like what was advertised. The quality was extremely cheap, the color was completely different from the photos, and the length was incorrect. It felt like a low-quality imitation rather than the dress I ordered. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. They were not helpful when I requested a return and made the process unnecessarily difficult. The return policy is not clearly disclosed on the website. It is very easy to miss the requirement that you must contact them within 7 days of delivery to request a return. This important condition should be made much more visible before customers place an order. Overall, I feel misled by the product description and frustrated by the lack of customer support. I would not recommend purchasing from Zapakasa unless you are willing to risk receiving an item that doesn’t match the photos and dealing with a confusing return process.
