Knowingly selling obsolete systems with bad customer support
They continue selling their reverse osmosis filtration system, but have stopped producing replacement filters. There are no after market filters that work, so you are wasting your money if you buy their system. Their customer support is no help, they will direct you to purchase replacement filters that do not fit, causing more financial loss and frustration. Terrible company, should be shut down.
