Stay away!!!
Run away from this site. Wow very disheartening to see the most recent reviews as I find myself in the same situation. I made a redemption log back in a couple days later and it had been returned. I reach out to customer service who says “We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Due to a technical issue, your redemption request was canceled. If you choose to submit a new redemption request, our team will be happy to assist with the process.” Looking at the recent reviews appears this will never go through. Stay away!!!! Update!!!: My withdrawal was rejected again this time customer service stated it was because they can’t process withdrawals to discover cards. I do not own any discover card and was using visa debit. I have filed a complaint with the Florida Gaming Control Commission and encourage those having this same problem to do the same!
