Fraudulent company! You charged me unauthorized fees, and your support team never replies. I want my money back immediately! Stop sending the same generic message to everyone whose money you have taken, saying you are sorry and that we need to contact support. Your support does not respond. I expect a full refund and a proper response regarding this unauthorized charge.
