Despite the need for all the wigs I ordered, a delay prevented me from using them for the event I had scheduled for Saturday. Consequently, I am rating the service four stars. However, I did have one other wig that I could use, and the customer service was satisfactory. They informed me of the exact delivery times for the remaining wigs.
