Bad quality product. Slow shipping. Little customer service.
Customer service was difficult to work with. I have bought an item that has broke three times and there is no warranty on the product. I have followed directions on cleaning and used their items and it still breaks. The last time I ordered a replacement, it took an insane amount of time to ship and deliver! They used to be easier to work with and higher quality. It’s a shame. Two stars because when their product isn’t breaking, they’re awesome and convenient
